- A small business or small non-profit organization must satisfy the following criteria to be eligible to receive a grant award:
- Based in the City of Norco per active registration with the California Secretary of State
- Operate with principal business in the City of Norco
- Possess an active City of Norco business license or other relevant permit
- Employ no more than 25 employees
- Have been in operation since June 1, 2019
- Must be impacted by COVID-19 and the related health and safety restrictions, such as business interruptions, lost revenue or business closures incurred as a result of the COVID-19 Pandemic
Required Documentation
For an application to be considered, the following documents must be submitted:
- Completed and Signed Application Form and any certifications thereto
- Copy of Driver’s License or State-Issued ID Card
- Copy of Valid Norco Business License/Permit
- Copy of Official Documentation Verifying Authorization to sign on behalf of the business enterprise or non-profit
- Copy of Secretary of State’s Registration Certificate
- Documentation demonstrating negative economic impact (Copy of Profit & Loss Statement and/or Business
- Tax Return from previous two (2) years)
- Notarized statement demonstrating negative economic impact
- IRS Form W-9
