Mission
To evaluate the needs of Lyon, Chase and Coffey counties with an emphasis on economic development.
Eligibility Criteria
The Trusler Foundation advisory committee primarily considers projects that will make a difference and benefit the long-term needs of Lyon, Chase and Coffey counties with priority given in the following order: Emporia, Lyon County, Chase County, Coffey County. Emphasis will be given to the impact of the grant on the economic development of the geographical area.
