To further formalize dedication to supporting local non-profits, they launched the Smith & Associates Real Estate Foundation in the Spring of 2021. Established through Community Foundation Tampa Bay, the Foundation creates a seamless approach for Smith employee and organizational participation in philanthropic causes by aligning donations and sponsorships to non-profit organizations and providing support for volunteer engagements and Board service.

Eligibility Criteria
To apply for a grant from the Smith & Associates Real Estate Foundation, the organization must:
- Be tax-exempt under section 501(c)(3) of the internal revenue code
- Be based in or serving Hillsborough and/or Pinellas counties
- Exhibit strong management and sound leadership
- File an IRS form 990 from 2018 or later
