The foundation is a group of citizens dedicated to supporting quality education for Community Unit School District 303 which serves more than 13,000 students (K-12) in and around St. Charles, IL. The Foundation is a non-profit 501(c)(3) organization that is recognized by the District 303 Board of Education.
Special consideration will be given to innovative projects and to pilot programs that have the potential for expansion, adoption, and application throughout D303.
Goals
- To raise funds to support enhancement of education for the students of District 303.
- To support literacy by providing financial support for the St Charles Literature Festival.
- To assist local corporations, businesses and residents by providing an avenue for their involvement in education.
- To enlist volunteer personnel to join the Foundation Board and support future Foundation efforts
Eligibility Criteria
The foundation invites educators and students to submit grant proposals for consideration to the Foundation Board.
