Requests must align with at least one of the following guidelines:

Address high priority local needs for community development;

Link community initiatives across organizations; and
Enhance excellence in the arts and other forms of creative endeavors.

Grants are not made for the following:

Routine operating expenses for ongoing programs; Existing Obligations; Debts or Liabilities;
Annual Campaigns; Endowments; Religious or Political Purposes; Lobbying Activities;
Individual Initiatives and
Travel/participation in meetings, conferences, seminars, study exchange programs.

Eligibility Criteria

Must be a 501(c)(3) organization;
The organization must be within City of Belpre (or the project must be in the City of Belpre), or in the following townships: Barlow, Belpre, Decatur, Dunham, Fairfield, Palmer, Wesley, and Warren;
