Get Help with Your Overdue Mortgage Payments
If you are behind on your house payments, you may qualify for financial assistance to reinstate your mortgage.
Get Help with Other Past-Due Expenses
You may be having a difficult time keeping up with housing-related expenses like property taxes, insurance, association fees or lot rent. They might be able to help with these expenses.
Who is eligible?
To qualify for financial assistance, you must:
- Own and live in your home in Minnesota as your primary residence.
- Have an income equal to or less than 100% of the area median income or 100% of median income for the United States, whichever is greater. View program income limits by county and household size.
- Have experienced a Qualified Financial Hardship on or after January 21, 2020.
- Have past-due mortgage and/or other housing-related expenses that became past due on or after January 21, 2020.
