Ineligibility Criteria
Due to funding constraints and with rare exceptions, they are not able to fund requests for the following:

- organizations outside of Los Angeles County
- direct aid to individuals, including scholarship support
- conferences, seminars, and workshops
- sectarian, religious, or fraternal purposes
