To apply for a grant from the Smith & Associates Real Estate Foundation, the organization must:
- Be tax-exempt under section 501(c)(3) of the internal revenue code
- Be based in or serving Hillsborough and/or Pinellas counties
- Exhibit strong management and sound leadership
- File an IRS form 990 from 2018 or later
