The Institute’s Inclusive Leadership Track will train local nonprofits to ensure they create an atmosphere where minority leaders have a seat at the table and a voice in the boardroom.
BBLI is made possible thanks to contributions from the Wells Fargo Foundation, Central Florida Foundation and Helios Education Foundation.
The Black Boardroom Leadership Institute consists of two, six-month programs:
- the nonprofit track, for nonprofit organizations interested in creating an inclusive environment on their boards, and
- the leadership track for individual Black leaders who desire to serve authentically on a local board.
Eligibility Criteria
Eligible 501c3 nonprofit organization located in the Orlando region are encouraged to apply.
