gBETA Future of Mobility is a first-of-its-kind gener8tor program focusing on changing the landscape of transportation in the US.

Donor Name: gener8tor

State: Indiana

City: Indianapolis

Type of Grant: Program

Deadline: 03/28/2025

Size of the Grant: Not Available

Grant Duration: Less than 1 Year

Details:

gBETA Future of Mobility focuses on changing the landscape of transportation in the U.S. and is made possible by the Indiana Economic Development Corporation.

gBETA Future of Mobility works specifically with startups focused on self-driving technology, reimagining roads and highways or how they move around. This includes: autonomous vehicle technology, clean-driving or electric vehicles, road or support infrastructure development, highway maintenance and management, highway safety innovation, as well as technology or process innovations that could serve any component of the transportation or logistics supply chain.

Leveraging the initiatives already in place in the State of Indiana, gBETA Future of Mobility will provide startups access and expertise to industry leaders such as The Heritage Group, the Indiana Department of Transportation, as well as mentorship from the national gener8tor network. The program will culminate with a week of investor pitches, including one of Indiana’s top venture capital organizations, Elevate Ventures.

gBETA is a program of nationally ranked startup accelerator gener8tor. gBETA is a free, seven-week accelerator for early-stage companies with local roots. Each program is capped at five teams, and requires no fees and no equity.

gBETA runs multiple times every year in cities across the United States. Up to five companies from a range of verticals are selected from a competitive applicant pool to participate in the free seven-week program. Participating companies receive:

  • Individualized coaching and mentorship from the team of nationally ranked accelerator gener8tor on company growth and investor readiness
  • Weekly “Lunch & Learns” and “Mentor Swarms”
  • Investor and accelerator pitches
  • $1M+ in deals and perks from vendors like IBM Cloud, Rackspace, Amazon, Paypal, Zendesk, Hubspot and Microsoft
  • Ongoing post-program support and gener8tor community involvement and offerings

gBETA’s goal is that graduates will go on to participate in an investment accelerator or raise a seed round.

Eligibility Criteria for gBETA Future of Mobility

  • National Based Program
    • gBETA Future of Mobility is a national-based accelerator for early-stage companies with local roots with a focus on the landscape of transportation, delivery, and safety in the US. It is hosted in Indianapolis with in-person and virtual components.
  • Program Commitment
    • You can commit to at least 85% of the programming, with the ideal being 100%. gBETA requires at least 5-7 hours weekly of programming, not including the time founders dedicate to working on their businesses independently.
