AgLaunch Catalyst was developed with the earliest entrepreneurs in mind. In this virtual workshop, attendees in the AgTech space will learn what is required to be successful in the startup ecosystem, including:
- Financing options: explore both dilutive and non-dilutive opportunities for funding your start-up
- Legal requirements: Learn from legal professionals about the differences in legal structures and the best one for your business and gain insight into intellectual property considerations.
- Customer discovery: Better understand your the customer through farmer panels and customer discovery exercises
- Market potential: Explore the market potential for your technology through targeted research
- Pitches: Build out and deliver your pitch to investors, other entrepreneurs, and farmers on the final day of the program
Participants will learn about the basics of business creation like legal structure and intellectual property protection, while also gaining insight into the critical actions needed for product development. Entrepreneurs will be coached to present their ideas in a way that appeals to investors and farmers to gain traction in the marketplace.
