Eligibility Criteria
All Participants must:
- Must be 21 years and older
- Identify as a Black woman
- Must have an existing business that supplies goods and/or services
- Have been in business at least 12-24 consecutive months
- Must be the founder/CEO of business represented
- Have access to online learning in a dedicated, stationary space with mandatory on-camera presence
Program Expectations
- Commit to attending all accelerator programming (i.e. orientation, classes, networking sessions, masterclasses, and graduation)
- Commit to actively seeking and engaging with a mentor
- Actively engage with an instructor for a 1:1 coaching session (one session min)
- Participant in peer coaching & learning
- Completed business plan; present an executive summary and receive peer feedback
- Must complete a pre-and post-assessment, module surveys, and exit interview
