Eligibility Criteria
- Intuit QuickBooks® and Mailchimp® Small Business Hero Program (the “Contest”) is open only to small businesses.
- Each Business must be located in and operate in the fifty (50) United States (including the District of Columbia) and must:
- have been established (meaning the actual business formation/when the Business registered with their Secretary of State) for at least one (1) year at the time of nomination
- have no more than ninety-nine (99) W-2 employees, including Business owner(s) as of the date of entry into the Contest
- be for profit or a 501(c) (3) organization
- be currently active and lawful, including but not limited to having all required licenses and registrations
- not be a prior winner of the Intuit QuickBooks and Mailchimp Small Business Hero Program contest in the past 2 years.
