In partnership with The Alliance for Media Arts + Culture, a national leader in facilitating collaboration, strategic growth, innovation and cultural impact within the media arts field, Youth FX Arts2Work aims to provide access to creative and sustainable career opportunities for those who are: currently not enrolled in a full-time college program, underemployed, unemployed, and those who have been historically under-resourced, and/or excluded from such opportunities within the Capital Region.

Through hands-on training, deep community-building, MasterClasses, screenings, workshops, peer-to-peer learning, individualized mentorship, and more, goal is to strengthen each fellows ability to be self-determined, and actualize their own creative and artistic pursuits.

The Youth FX Arts2Work Program is supported by funding from Advance Albany County Alliance, Albany County ARPA Workforce Development Fund, New York Council on the Arts, The Alliance for Media Arts + Culture and the Carl Touhey Family Foundation.
