Participants gain hands-on training, industry exposure, and access to a robust network—while specializing in one of three in-demand tracks: Data Analytics, Cybersecurity, or AI Business Solutions.
- Data Analytics
- Fellows develop practical data skills, beginning with the Google Data Analytics Certificate and expanding to include Python, databases, and AI tools. Through hands-on projects, participants graduate with real-world experience to launch careers as well-rounded data professionals.
- Cybersecurity
- Fellows learn to identify problems, design solutions, and use AI and modern tools to build real products from scratch. They gain hands-on experience and graduate ready for entry-level roles that blend business and tech.
- AI Business Solutions
- Fellows learn foundational and cloud security, Python scripting, and ethical hacking while building hands-on projects and portfolios. They gain applied experience and industry-aligned credentials, preparing them for entry-level IT, networking, and cybersecurity roles.
Eligibility Criteria
- Live in one of the regions: New York State, Newark (NJ), Atlanta (GA), Los Angeles (CA), or the Baltimore–Washington Metropolitan Area
- Be 18 years or older by the start of the program
- Earn less than $60,000/year (or less than $55,000/year if you live in Atlanta or the DC/DMV area)
- Have basic computer literacy (e.g., typing, using email, online research)
- Have a high school diploma, GED, or High School Equivalency (HSE)
- Be proficient in English (written and spoken)
- Authorized to work in the United States
- Meet age, location, income, and educational eligibility requirements.

- Can commit ~24 hours/week for live classes (12 hrs) and self-paced assignments (up to 12 hrs)

- Can work well solo and in group settings
- Strong interpersonal, time management, and communication skills

- A clear interest in tech careers & excitement about one of three tracks
