Eligibility Criteria
- For Category 1: 501(c)(3) nonprofits and nonexempt organizations, including museums, libraries, schools, and other state or local government agencies based in Muskogee County.
- For Category 2: 501(c)(3) nonprofits and nonexempt organizations, including museums, libraries, schools, and other state or local government agencies based in the state of Oklahoma.
- For Category 3: 501(c)(3) nonprofits and nonexempt organizations, including museums, libraries, schools, and other state or local government agencies based in the state of Oklahoma. (Note: Out-of-state organizations that are current or previous Kirschner grantees are also eligible to apply.)
Funding Limitations
The following items are not eligible for funding:
- Fundraising events/activities
- Capital campaigns
- Vehicle purchases
- Retroactive projects
- Individuals and private foundation
