- Grants shall exclusively be made to organizations serving Ashland and Bayfield counties, Gaa-Miskwaabikaang/Red Cliff Band of Lake Superior Chippewa and the Mashkiiziibii/Bad River Band of Lake Superior Chippewa. Preference is given to benefit Bayfield County and Gaa-Miskwaabikaang/Red Cliff Band of Lake Superior Chippewa.
