The purpose of this grant is to fund the design and construction of voluntary projects that provide clean water to District streams and rivers.
Project proposals must contribute toward the District of Columbia’s (District) compliance with the Clean Water Act (CWA) through one of four project categories:
- Sewage Infrastructure;
- Stormwater Grey Infrastructure;
- Stormwater Green Infrastructure; and
- Emerging Contaminants Infrastructure.
Funding Information
- DOEE may receive approximately $15,500,000.
- The minimum 6 project cost requirement is $250,000.

- Nonprofit organizations, including those with IRS 501(c)(3) or 501(c)(4) determinations;
