Funding Information
Every eligible non-profit can submit one grant application in 2025. There are no minimum or maximum awards. There is a $25,000 cap for any one-time capital expenditures included within your project budget.
Grant Period
The grant period of performance for the 2025 CPG grants is July 1, 2024 through June 30, 2025.
Eligibility Criteria
- Be a 501(c)(3) agency
- Have operating activities for the past 3 consecutive years which includes generating revenues as well as operating and administrative expenses activities.
- Deliver programs and services within the priority funding area to Frederick County residents.
Funding will not be considered for organizations that are:
- Churches
- Fraternal and/or civic organizations
- Homeowner’s associations
- Private, political, or public foundations
- Labor unions
- Cemeteries
- Volunteer Fire Departments
- Local Municipalities
