To be eligible, the applicants must meet the following requirements:
- Be able to demonstrate the ability to provide tangible benefits of a public nature to diverse groups located in whole or in part within the Town of Malta, including, but not limited to:
- Be willing to publicize the grant
- Fully complete the Grant Request Form and return it to the Board of Directors by the deadline above.
