To continue its longstanding commitment to strengthen communities and support local customers and dealers, Kubota Tractor Corporation is now accepting applications for its Kubota Hometown Proud® grant program.

Funding Information

Total ARV of all prizes available in the Contest: $500,000. Each “Grand Prize” is a check in the amount of $25,000 and a Kubota equipment voucher valued at $25,000 to be redeemed at an authorized participating Kubota dealer, that is valid to purchase Kubota equipment for the project. Equipment voucher to be used within one year and can be applied to inventory in the dealer’s stock or that can be ordered by the dealer within a one-year time frame. Each Grand Prize will be issued to the nonprofit organization and not to any individual. Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”) of each Grand Prize: $50,000.

Eligibility Criteria 

The 2025 Kubota Hometown Proud® Grant Program Contest (“Contest”) is open only to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States and the District of Columbia, who are at least eighteen (18) years of age or older as of the date of entry, who are designated representatives of 501(c)(3) nonprofit organizations, where the 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization is in viable financial standing (as determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion) and the project discussed in the entry is located within 50 miles of an authorized Kubota dealer to qualify. Employees, officers and directors of Kubota Tractor Corporation (“Sponsor”), previous 2021, 2022, 2023, and 2024 winners, Realtime Media LLC (“Administrator”) and their respective parent companies, dealers, affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising, contest, fulfillment and marketing agencies (collectively, the “Contest Parties”), their immediate family members and those living in the same household as such individuals (whether legally related or not), are not eligible to participate in the Contest or win a prize. For purposes of this Contest, immediate family members are defined as spouse, partner, parents, legal guardians, in-laws, grandparents, siblings, children and grandchildren and their respective spouses, and those living in the same household shall mean people who share the same residence at least three (3) months a year, whether legally related or not. Void where prohibited by law. All federal, state and local laws and regulations apply. By participating in the Contest, you unconditionally accept and agree to comply with and abide by these “Official Rules” and the decisions of Sponsor, including the interpretation of these Official Rules, administration of the Contest, selection of the winning Entries, and Sponsor’s exercise of discretion, which will be final, non-appealable, and binding in all respects.
