Eligibility Criteria
The eligible participants are Local Government Agencies (Cities, Villages, and Counties), Water/Sewer Districts, Conservancy Districts, State Agencies or Institutions of higher learning that perform research and/or development. OWDA will consider any application related to the project areas listed in the Program Guidelines but shall give priority to proposals that address water quality, water technology, water equity, water reuse, and water resilience & security.
