Eligibility Requirements
- Projects must meet at least one HUD National Objective: Low/Moderate Income Benefit, Slum/Blight Removal, or Urgent Need. Projects must also be feasible, within CDBG-eligible categories, and able to commence upon HUD grant agreement execution.
- Be an eligible activity under HUD rules (examples: housing rehab, public infrastructure, community facilities, public services).
- Align with the City of Hot Springs CDBG 2024–2028 Consolidated Plan and the City of Hot Springs 2023 City Housing Action Strategy.
- Serve Hot Springs residents, with primary benefit to LMI households.
