Supported by the Menocause: Ignite Valley Center Fund—a group of philanthropic men dedicated to strengthening charitable giving in Central Kansas—approximately $25,000 is available to support charitable, educational, and community-based projects that enhance the quality of life for Valley Center residents through education, health, community development, and cultural enrichment.
Funding Priorities
- Requests should reflect one or more of the following:
- Urgency – addressing a demonstrated need
- Excitement – a bold, new venture
- Creativity – new solutions to age-old problems.
Grant Period
February – October 2026.
Eligibility Criteria
Eligible applicants include 501(c)(3) nonprofits in good standing with the IRS, qualifying public or government entities (such as schools, churches, cities, or counties), and organizations with verified fiscal sponsors. Applicants must be led by experienced personnel and have submitted a Grant Impact Report if funded in the prior year. A current IRS Determination Letter and W-9 are required with the application.
