Eligibility Criteria
The Department of Housing requests applications for Fiscal Year 2027 from any public agency, private non-profit organization, community land trust, or private for-profit entity for Affordable Housing Fund-eligible projects that will provide housing opportunities for families 140% and below of the County of Maui’s median family income as established by the Department of Housing and Urban Development.
