The Harford County funds support nonprofit and community-based organizations that deliver services, programs, and facility improvements benefiting low- to moderate-income (LMI) Harford County residents. Funding is subject to federal, state, and County requirements, and is highly competitive. Programs and Projects which most closely align with department priorities, demonstrate the ability to execute in a timely manner compliant with all grant requirements, and primarily benefit Harford County LMI residents will be considered first for funding. Submission of an application does not guarantee an award.
Behavioral Health grants address prevention, treatment, and recovery services related to Opioid Use Disorder (OUD) and Substance Use Disorder (SUD).
