Spark Grants are planning grants to support coalitions to plan and identify solutions toward systemic change. By the end of the grant period, coalitions will have identified the necessary steps and calculated costs needed to achieve its systems change project.

Grant Criteria
- Arizona-based coalition formed by 2+ organizations serving the state.
- The coalition can demonstrate readiness to plan the proposed systems change project. Readiness is measured by favorable Wilder Assessment results completed by all core partners.
- The coalition can describe how its desired change will have a positive impact on community wellbeing.
- The coalition has clearly identified the part of the system that it hopes to change (e.g., restorative justice practices in the criminal justice system, rural food production in the local food system, etc.).
