This competitive grant opportunity is designed to fund qualified grant requests from $500 to $7,500.
Eligibility Criteria
To be eligible for a grant, your organization must:
- be recognized as a 501(c)(3) tax-exempt nonprofit organization, according to the Internal Revenue Code;
- be established for at least two years as a nonprofit organization and have a track record of sustainability;
- benefit citizens in the Greater Dayton region (Montgomery, Miami, Greene, Darke, Preble and Warren (north) counties);
- demonstrate diversity, equity and inclusion in organizational practices;
- demonstrate systemic collaboration; and
- address needs that are not met fully by existing organizational or community resources.

- A copy of your organization’s most recently completed audit, including auditor’s notes. If the organization does not have an audit, indicate the exemption reason in the application.
- A balance sheet covering your organization’s most recently completed fiscal year
- An income statement covering your organization’s most recently completed fiscal year
- An itemized project budget with revenue indicating if funding has been secured, is pending or potential and expenses
