The Highland County Community Fund will award grants that advance opportunities across five funding areas: arts and culture, community and economic development, education, environmental stewardship, and health and human services. - Groups that do not have either status but are working in fiscal sponsorship with either a nonprofit or public entity are eligible to apply but will be asked to identify the specific fiscal sponsor.
