The JCS Arts, Health and Education Fund of DuPage Foundation (JCS Fund) supports instrumental music, cultural, health, educational, artistic, and other charitable organizations serving the needs of DuPage County residents.
Arts DuPage, an initiative of DuPage Foundation, showcases the vibrant local arts community, which generates cultural, economic, and social benefits for DuPage County and its residents. As a local arts council, Arts DuPage supports, promotes, advocates for, and distributes grants to the arts in DuPage County.
Mini-Grant Program Goals
- To provide arts programs that benefit people in DuPage County
- To create excitement and engagement with the arts in the local community.
Funding Information
JCS Fund is offering matching grants in amounts up to $25,000 for public art projects in DuPage County. Public art projects may include permanent or limited-time projects in any art medium. Examples include murals, sculptures, or temporary art installations. The JCS Fund encourages imaginative ideas.
Grant Period
Projects should be installed or completed by September 30, 2026.
Eligibility Criteria
- Public charities classified as exempt from federal income taxes under 501(c)(3) of the IRS Code
- DuPage County governmental agencies (municipalities, park districts, school districts, townships, libraries).
