The Panacea Financial Foundation is now accepting applications for its Resident & Fellow Grants, aimed at supporting underrepresented residents and fellows across the United States. These grants provide financial assistance of $1,000 each.
The funding can be used for a variety of professional needs, including research, travel related to professional development, memberships, study materials, medical journals, board examinations, or equipment.
To be eligible, applicants must be U.S. citizens, permanent residents, or individuals with Deferred Action for Childhood Arrivals (DACA) status. They must also be residents or fellows in an ACGME-accredited residency or fellowship program.
The grant specifically supports underrepresented ethnic or racial minorities as defined by the National Science Foundation, including African American/Black, Hispanic/Latino, Native American (American Indian, Alaska Native, Native Hawaiian), and Pacific Islander individuals.
Employees of Panacea Financial, their affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, and their families are not eligible to apply. The application deadline is July 30, 2025.
