The City believes that addressing the negative impacts of the pandemic on local businesses and the local economy is a fundamental purpose of the government and will promote the public health and welfare.

The purpose of this grant program, called “The City of DuPont ARPA-LFRF Small Business Recovery Grant Program,” is to respond to the negative economic Impacts caused by the COVID-19 public health emergency.
