Bucks County is considered the grantee for these funds and seeks to award funds to eligible sub-grantees to implement Rapid Rehousing and/or Homelessness Prevention projects. Bucks County is reaching out to providers including Housing Link, Bucks County’s CoC, to solicit proposals for the use of these funds.
Emergency Solutions Grants (ESG) funds can be used to provide a wide range of services and supports under the five program components: Street Outreach, Emergency Shelter, Rapid Rehousing, Homelessness Prevention, and HMIS.
