These funds are available to eligible nonprofit organizations and governmental jurisdictions to support programs and activities that benefit lower-income households. Organizations interested in applying must clearly demonstrate in their proposal how the funds will be used to prevent, prepare for, and or respond to Coronavirus.

- Housing related activities
- Public improvements and facilities
- Activities to acquire real property
- Economic development activities.
Criteria
All prospective applicants are required to meet with Commission staff for a one-on-one technical assistance session to be eligible to apply. These funds are not available as direct assistance to individuals or households.
