The purpose is to provide free home repairs to low-income & elderly households in need. The LBC Home Improvement Grant is awarded twice a year to low-income or elderly households in need of repairs! The grant can be used on most types of exterior repairs ranging from roof repairs, soffit, fascia, siding, a new ramp, painting, & much more!

- For elderly applicants, individuals must be 60 years of age or older. Verification of age will be required through government-issued identification.
- Residency:
- Applicants must be residents of Leachville, AR city limits and provide proof of residency (e.g., utility bill, lease agreement).
- Property Ownership:
- Applicants must own the property for which repairs are requested. Homeowners must provide proof of ownership (e.g., deed, mortgage statement).
- Repair Necessity:
- Repairs must be exterior improvements. Electrical and plumbing repairs not included. All other repairs can include, but is not limited to:
- Roof repairs
- Painting
- Siding Repairs
- Wood Repairs
- Accessibility modifications (e.g., ramps, etc)
