- An IRS determination letter of your 501(c)(3) status
- An Income statement and balance sheet for the last 12 months
- Project budget.
Important Notes
To ensure fairness and efficient allocation of resources, please note the following:
- Grants are not available to individuals or businesses.
- Each applicant may apply only once within a 12-month period.
- If your organization has never received a grant from Yellow Brick Road, additional time may be required since first time applicants are researched by a Board member.
Applicants will receive email notifications:
- regarding the receipt and status of their application
- the award status and award amount after board consideration
- of the payment plan (one-time or installments).
