Eligibility Criteria
- To be eligible for a Small Capital Grant, applicant organizations must meet each of the following criteria:
- Be a non-profit organization in good standing with the State of Maryland Department of Assessments and Taxation,
- Have the legal capacity and authority to incur obligations involved under the grant program,
- Be located in Baltimore City. Note: This is the only BNHA grant program available for organizations located in all of Baltimore City.
