- Housing Services: home improvement programs for lower and moderate income households
- Senior Home Repair (SHR)

- CDBG applications will only be accepted from 501 (c)(3) non-profit organizations or government entities.

- Non-Profit organizations subject to 26 U.S.C. 501 (c)(3) of the tax code
- Governmental agencies including the County, other Cities, Special Districts, and Tribes.
