The focus of these funds is to support smaller minority businesses that are continuing to operate and plan to operate for the remaining calendar year of 2025 in the City of Dayton (Corporate Limits).

Eligibility Criteria
A business may only apply for one of the following tiers of grants. Multiple applications by the business or business owner(s) will result in-eligibility of any Resiliency Fund Grant offerings. The three levels of the Resiliency Grant will be 2025 application period:
- Tier 1: The Operational Emergency Relief Grants
- Maximum Revenue for this Grant offering is $1,500,000 ($10,001 Minimum).
- Tier 2: The Community Opportunity Grants
- Maximum Revenue for this Grant offering is $1,500,000 ($25,001 Minimum).
- Tier 3: The Catalyst Investment Relief Grants
- Maximum Revenue for this Grant offering is $1,500,000 ($50,001 Minimum).
