Federal regulations limit the different allowable activities that the City may undertake with CDBG funding. The City is expected to receive approximately $253,458 in funding for the 2025-2026 program year. Fifteen percent (15%) or $38,019 can be allocated towards community public service programs/or projects. The remaining eighty-five percent (85%) of the funding, or $215,439, may be allocated towards public improvements, economic development and rehabilitation projects.
