This program allows event organizers of community and special events in Modesto City the provision of funding and/or in-kind support. Such events are designed to benefit the community-at-large, occur in/on City-owned property or street, and where the City is not the primary organizer or partner.
Eligibility Criteria
- Based in the City of Modesto and is in good standing with the City of Modesto.
- Demonstrates that the organization has the experience and the expertise to undertake the planning and execution of the proposed event.
- Organization is in good standing with the City, County, State and Federal agencies and compliant with event requirements over the past two (2) years
- Completes and submits required application and supporting documents during the identified application filing period.
- Utilizes local vendors and organizations licensed to operate in Modesto
- Promotes the City of Modesto as a desirable place to live, visit, and do business.
- Compliant with all City, County, and State requirements.
