Where can the garden be located?
It can be located on any privately held land in any zoning district provided it is located within the city of Moorhead. If you are not the landowner or spokesperson for the landowner, you must provide a letter of approval from the property owner.
How can the funds be spent?
Funds must be used to help directly support the community garden. Potential uses of funding could be for seeds, raised beds, weed control, eliminating/reducing membership fees, soil preparation, etc.
