The City of Palm Springs Event Sponsorships and Program Grants Funding offers financial assistance to support special events and programs in the City of Palm Springs. When funds are available and approved by the City Council, grant/sponsorship awards will be made through a competitive application and review process. The program is limited to verified non-profit agencies who will utilize the funding for the highest public benefit.
Grant Period
Event or program takes place between July 1, 2024, and June 30, 2025.
Eligibility Criteria
To be considered for City grant/sponsorship award, the event and/or program must meet the following eligibility criteria. Please note, meeting the below criteria does not guarantee event or program sponsorship.
- Funding should be fully expended by June 30, 2025;
- No part of the grant shall be used for any political advocacy; religious events must have an educational or cultural component;
- Event organizer must be in good standing with the City of Palm Springs;
- Event organizer must be a legally registered 501c(3) non-profit organization or 501c(6) business entity and must be in good standing with the California Secretary of State.
