The 2025 Technology Matching Fund will provide funds of up to $45,000 to qualifying non-profit organizations and community groups in Seattle for digital equity projects. A proposed total of $455,000 has been allocated to grant awards. Core to the fund is the community match, which requires awardees to match their award with contributions from the community.
Projects should aim to increase internet access and adoption by providing:

- Donated professional services Cash contributions from individuals, businesses, organizations, or other non-City grant programs
- Donated materials and supplies valued at their retail prices.
