As part of the Temecula COVID-19 Community Reinvestment Program, the city of Temecula has partnered with the Orange County Inland Empire Small Business Development Center (OCIE SBDC) to host this four-week Level Up training and funding program designed to assist small business owners with expanding and driving their business to the next level. Through this program, business owners will work on putting together their path towards growth as they evaluate and develop their metrics, benchmarks, teams, financials, triggers, and strategies to reach the next level of growth. Trainees will learn how to de-risk expansion and get involved in proactive growth.

Participants who complete this four-week training program will be eligible for a $20,000 grant.

Eligibility Criteria
- To be eligible to apply for the City of Temecula Level Up Training and Grant Program, a business must meet the following criteria that have been established by the city of Temecula.
- General Terms and Conditions
- The business applicant must meet the following eligibility requirements to be considered for grant funding:
- The business must be physically located in Temecula;
- The business must be a for-profit business;
- The business must be brick-and-mortar;
- The business must have an active Temecula business license
- The business must be in good standing with the city (current on bills, no liens or judgements, etc.) unless directly correlated to COVID-19 impacts;
- The business must not be suspended or debarred or otherwise excluded from receiving Federal funding;
- The business must have 15 or more employees;
- The business must have a revenue of $5 million or more;
- The business must submit the application and all required supporting documentation.
- The business applicant must meet the following eligibility requirements to be considered for grant funding:
- Ineligible Businesses:
- Gambling/Cannabis/Adult Entertainment.
