The City of Thousand Oaks is inviting interested parties to assist in identifying the unmet needs of lower-income persons and households in Thousand Oaks that could potentially be addressed with a portion of the City’s annual Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) entitlement funding from the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development or by using other Federal resources depending on the priority of need and the availability of funds.
Grant Period
The fiscal year runs from July 1, 2025 through June 30, 2026.
Eligibility Criteria
Non-profit housing and community development organizations are also invited to apply for a share of the City’s CDBG funding for an activity that primarily serves low-income people.
