Eligibility Requirements
- Public Services: Organizations must be a public or private non-profit agency, a public housing authority, or a City of Wausau department, or other government entity.
- Documentation: Non-profits must provide evidence of operation and tax-exempt status.
- Faith-Based Organizations: Eligible but CDBG funds cannot support religious activities, which must be separate from CDBG funded activities and voluntary for beneficiaries.
