The Village of Marvin believes that vibrant, safe, and connected neighborhoods are built through purposeful collaboration. The Community Partnership Program (CPP) provides a formal framework for Homeowners Associations (HOAs), neighborhood groups, commercial developments, and non-profit organizations to work hand-in-hand with municipal leadership.
Organizations may apply to become a Certified Trust Partner to participate in municipal pilot initiatives, share neighborhood input, and/or seek direct financial assistance for community-led improvements through the Collaborative Project Fund.

- Neighborhood revitalization/beautification (i.e., within a community thoroughfare).
Funding Information
$250–$2,500.
Eligibility Criteria
- Must be within the Marvin corporate limits (or non-profits that serve residents).
- Must be an entire HOA (active or inactive), a group of homes (e.g. subdivision without an HOA), a commercial development, or a non-profit.
- Must comply with the Village of Marvin Outside Funding Policy.
- Must be a registered community organization by:
- Submitting the attached Community Trust Pledge and Letter of Request, demonstrating a willingness to be a collaborative partner with the Village of Marvin. For areas not included in an active HOA, each property owner within the proposed area will sign.
- Submitting HOA by-laws and CCRs.
