The FS 6: Human Services Workforce Stabilization RFP seeks to allocate VSHSL funds to improve staff recruitment and retention within organizations that have active DCHS awards and provide human services in King County. This procurement is open to organizations with current DCHS awards that extend to at least December 31, 2026.

Eligibility Criteria
- Eligible Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- Currently receiving DCHS or VSHSL funds.
- Current DCHS contract ends on or after December 31, 2026.
- Cannot be technical assistance or capacity building providers.
- Cannot be public or governmental agencies.
- If impacted staff are members of a labor union, a letter of support from the union is required for any wage boost or bonus requests.
- Submit a complete and timely application within the scope of work of this RFP.
