The Derrick Hall President’s Circle Grants are creating positive change through the Arizona Diamondbacks Foundation’s unwavering commitment to fund projects and programs that uplift individuals and implement solutions for complex issues across Arizona. President’s Circle Grants are funded with a clearly defined goal of reducing homelessness, ending hunger, improving healthcare access, and supporting the most vulnerable in the community by working alongside individuals and organizations across Arizona to support the neighbors in need. The Diamondbacks Foundation is deeply committed to positive change which often starts with intentional acts and investments that inspire others and build momentum for broader transformation.
Funding Information
The President’s Circle grants are distributed in the amounts of $1,000 – $5,000 and are designated for programmatic expenses that directly impact the clients served by the organization.
Eligible Organizations
To be eligible for a President’s Circle Grant, an organization is required to:
- Be physically located in the state of Arizona;
- Have a classification as an organization exempt from federal income tax under section 501(c)(3) of the IRS code with a valid IRS Tax ID. Organizations without a valid IRS Tax ID must have a fiscal sponsor submit the application;
- Complete an end-of-year Grant Progress Report; and
- Submit the following information via the Grant Application:
- Agency Overview
- Current Board of Directors Roster
- Current Financial Statements Approved by the Board
- Timeline of Program/Project
- Program/Project Use of Funds Description
- Outcome Measurements.
